 1. Where are your clothes made?
Our products are designed in Lahore and 100% made in Pakistan.
2. Do you offer free delivery?
For Pakistan orders, we are offering free delivery in Lahore and charging PKR 200 for other cities
For the countries out of Pakistan, we don’t offer free delivery. Please contact our customer care team so they inform you the delivery charges accordingly.
3. How can I pay for my order?
We accept payments via Card and Cash on Delivery. All these options are available at the checkout on our website.
For the orders to be dispatched out of Pakistan, full advance payment is required. Hence, the Cash on Delivery option is not valid for them.
4. I am having the trouble using the website, what should I do?
We would suggest that you use the latest version of your operating system provider when browsing online (Windows or OSX) so it’s worth checking if there are any available updates.
You may also need to delete your browser’s cookies and/or cache. Once you’ve done this, close your browser and reopen it to visit our website again. You may also wish to try accessing the site with a different device.

5. What size should I order?
Size chart with exact measurements for all items are linked in the product descriptions. If you are confused between sizes, we always recommend going with the larger than your usual size.
6. What's the delivery time frame?
Production time is 4-7 working days once the order is confirmed for any article. Customized sizes can take up to 2 weeks.
